Another interesting myth that we recently came across: The idea that people who switch to vegetarian or vegan diets might do fine in the short-run, but in the long run they are bound to develop some kind of health problems. This sounds like another myth from some quasi-scientific book from the 60's. Once again, let us reiterate: Whether one eats meat or not doesn't matter - A well balanced diet is the key to good health.
